Activating Your Membership
You can become a Member of GayFlorida.com at any time at no charge and can submit a single business or organization for free inclusion in the GayFlorida.com Directory. Follow this link for instructions on becoming a Member:

Business Memberships
Your business membership entitles you to an "enhanced" or "priority" listing in the Directory. In order to complete this process, you will need to forward the following:

A 30 - 45 word description of your business/organization to appear as part of your listing (this description can be edited by you at any time by accessing your account).
The image you wish to be displayed as part of your "enhanced" listing. This image would typically be a company logo, a headshot of you, or a picture of your business or service. These images will be displayed at sizes up to 150 x 150 pixels. Details for submitting these materials are found below.
The email address you wish published with your listing and the URL of the Web site you want linked to your listing
If GayFlorida.com is creating a one-page online ad for your organization, you will need to review the options for the layout of this ad and supply all copy, graphics, photos, etc. to GayFlorida.com for its production.
If you wish to take advantage of the "coupon" option of this membership, you will need to supply GayFlorida.com with the details of the coupon's offering and any associated graphics or copy

Real Estate Memberships - Enhanced Real Estate Memberships

Your real estate membership entitles you to list 5 properties in the GayFlorida.com Real Estate database. For each property, we will need the following:
Up to 2 digital images of the property. A thumbnail version of one image will be used in the database display. If you wish to have the thumbnail click-through to a larger image, the initial image supplied should be no smaller than 350 pixels wide.
If hard copy photos are supplied, there will be an additional $15 per photo processing charge to produce the thumbnail and enlargement.
Pertinent information about the property, as a minimum: city or community where located, price, # of beds/baths, 10 - 15 word description

Enhanced Real Estate Memberships
Enhanced Real Estate Memberships include all of the features of the Business Membership described above as well as inclusion of your properties in the Real Estate database. Please check the requested items listed above for both Business Membership and Real Estate Membership and forward these to GayFlorida.com .

Please be sure that any materials submitted to GayFlorida.com are clearly marked as to their purpose and ownership.

General Terms of Service and, Restrictions on Use of Materials
By using the GayFlorida.com Membership services, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the Terms of Service, just as if you had signed this Agreement. If you do not comply with the Terms of Service at any time, GayFlorida.com reserves the right to terminate your access the GayFlorida.com services. You are also responsible for obtaining or providing all access lines, telephone and computer equipment (including modem), or other device, necessary to access the GayFlorida.com Service.

In order to permit GayFlorida.com to protect the quality of its products and services, you hereby consent to GayFlorida.com employees being able to access your account and records on a case by case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations of abuse. GayFlorida.com shall not disclose the existence or occurrence of such an investigation unless required by law.

You acknowledge that the GayFlorida.com Service contains information, software, photos, video, text, graphics, music, sounds or other material (collectively, "Content") that are protected by copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or here after developed.

The GayFlorida.com name and logo are trademarks of GayFlorida.com , Inc. All other trademarks appearing on the GayFlorida.com Service are trademarks of their respective owners. GayFlorida.com 's partners may also have additional proprietary rights in the content which they make available through the GayFlorida.com service. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the Content, in whole or in part, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose, including use of any such material on any other web site or networked computer environment is strictly prohibited.

Right to Reject Advertising/Content Deemed Inappropriate
GayFlorida.com reserves the right to reject advertising it deems inappropriate. Member ads will be monitored and Members will be notified if advertising is inappropriate. Should GayFlorida.com and the advertiser/member not reach an agreement on acceptable advertising content, the membership will be revoked. Refunds for time paid in advance will be made minus 20% service charge. Content that may be deemed inapropriate includes:
Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; or that might harm minors in any way.

Liability and Warranties
The GayFlorida.com service is provided 'as is' and you use it at your sole risk. GayFlorida.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Without limitation. GayFlorida.com makes no warranty that the GayFlorida.com service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the results obtained from the use of the GayFlorida.com service will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the GayFlorida.com service will meet your expectations. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the GayFlorida.com service is done at your sole risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

Payment Terms
GayFlorida.com Memberships are set up for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles. Membership payment for any period is to be paid in advance. Discounts for annual memberships are valid only if full payment is received at the the time the Membership is established.

Cancellation for Non-Payment
Members can elect to have automatic credit card deductions or to be invoiced at regular intervals. Invoices are due upon receipt and memberships will be canceled for non-payment if payment is not received within 15 days of the expiration of the current membership period.
